If facials have to spend a lot of money and are not effective, you can try cleaning your own blackheads at home. One ingredient you need is baking soda. Here’s how.
Mix 1 tablespoon baking soda with a little water to make it paste.
Apply evenly on the nose or facial skin with comedy.
Leave it to dry, then rub it (peeling) until baking soda falls off the skin.
Rinse clean face skin with warm water.
Repeat this method twice a week. Baking soda helps make your skin smoother and softer and helps lift blackheads naturally so that the skin looks cleaner. Before doing the treatment, you can also compress the face or vaporize the face with warm water so that the pores are open and the face becomes moist so the blackheads easily come out.
You can also add apple vinegar as a substitute for ordinary water if your skin is stiff. Apple vinegar functions as an antibacterial and helps shrink pores.
So, instead of having painful facials repeatedly, you can try this method from now on. As long as it is done routinely and occasionally rubs dead skin on the face, your skin will definitely be clean and free of blackheads.
